A new member of staff joined AICJ recently I caught up with her to find out what inspires and motivates her.
1. What is your name? : Simi Abdul Hameed
2. Where are you from? : India
3. Hobbies and Interests: Poetry writing; Photography; Blogs
4. Where were you before you came to Japan? : Maldives
5. Educational background: Master of Philosophy in Economics, Bachelor of Education in Social Studies, PG Diploma in Journalism
6. What are you teaching? : I am teaching social studies and IB economics.
7. Favorite Book: The God of Small things.

9. What do you like about teaching? : I love teaching. I love the interactions. I love the thinking that happens. I love the light bulb that goes on. I love hearing stuff that I teach be used as analogies to other items. I love hearing connections. I like being with the students, it keeps me quite young. Its' simply great!!!
10. Why did you come to Japan? : To explore wonderful places in the world and to meet the intelligent student group in the world.
